About the Role
As a Supporter Relations Officer, you’ll be the voice and heart of Barnabas Aid for our supporters — providing timely responses, processing donations, praying with supporters, and helping deliver events and campaigns that deepen engagement. You will be part of a team that is passionate, prayerful, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to supporter queries by phone, email, and post with warmth, clarity and professionalism
* Make and receive calls to strengthen supporter relationships and encourage deeper involvement
* Process donations and maintain accurate supporter records in our CRM (Salesforce)
* Support fundraising campaigns, prayer meetings and events — including occasional attendance
* Analyse and report on supporter data to shape future engagement
* Work closely with Outreach and Projects teams to ensure a joined-up supporter experience
What We’re Looking For
* Computer literate and confident learning new systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Warm, compassionate and supporter-focused
* Organised, proactive and able to multitask
* Strong team player with good problem-solving ability
* Practising Christian, actively involved in a local church
* Previous experience in supporter relations, fundraising, customer service or ministry
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
* Experience planning or supporting events
