Workwear Uniform Group Ltd (WWUGL) is a leader in the sourcing, design, manufacture and distribution of technical workwear, PPE and bespoke corporate uniforms.

You'll play a central role in driving the growth of two of the Group's key brands: Direct Corporate Clothing (off-the-shelf PPE and workwear contract specialists) and Incorporatewear (bespoke corporate uniform specialists).
You'll also help establish WWUGL as a renowned brand in and of itself.
Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the warehouse functions are adhered to. You will be an integral part of our warehouse team responsible for various tasks with the goods inwards, despatch, picking and returns areas.
This role may also require operating a MHE however this is not essential and training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Goods Inwards
* Taking responsibility for receiving goods
* Checking deliveries against order sheets accurately recording details
* Ensuring all good are properly labelled and stored in designated areas
* Housekeeping ensure end of shift clean up
Despatch
* Taking responsibility for despatching customer orders
* Ensuring order are pick, packed and despatched in a timely manner and with precision (right first time)
* Update inhouse system to ensure that stock levels are correct
* Assisting in loading vehicles
Picking/ Autostore
* Fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail to minimise errors
* Pick from autostore robotics system
* Pick via floor location (MHE maybe required)
* Operate Autostore equipment for efficient storage and retrieval of goods
* Monitor Autostore system for any issues and report to the supervisor/manager
Returns
* Process returned items efficiently, inspecting for damages or defects
* Update inventory records to reflect return items
* Coordinate with relevant departments to restock or dispose of returned items
All department across the warehouse will rely on the following
* Communicate with other departments, namely procurement and customer services.
* Ensure all outstanding actions are tracked / closed out in a timely manner through frequent follow up with internal and external parties.
* Manage workflow by ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
* Awareness of company's ISO 19001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations, objectives, and requirements.
* Follow all directives pertaining to Health and Safety in the Workplace
* Attend annual company training and refresher courses.
Education
* Functional English and Maths
Experience Required:
* Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
* Experience of ERP systems.
* MS Office literate.
* Experienced in using Microsoft Excel at basic level with formulas/pivot tables.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent time management skills
* Experience in a automated warehouse
Physical Requirements:
* Good level of fitness
* High levels of manual handling.
* Candidate will be expected to be on their feet for the majority of their shift
* Need be to comfortable working in various temperatures
The shift timings are 8:00am - 6:00pm, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
