Earthmill Maintenance Ltd is a specialist in the installation, operation, maintenance, and management of small and medium scale wind turbines. We operate on a national basis from our head office which is in Harrogate and engineering hubs across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key part within the continued expansion of this business. We are seeking someone who has strong administrative and IT skills to join the busy operations team focusing on assisting the health and safety and compliance team. This role requires someone who is dynamic and sociable with excellent organisational and customer support skills. You will have an eye for detail in written, numeric, and verbal communication.
The role involves dealing with the administration and processing of data within the H&S & Compliance team. You will report to the head of compliance & Health & Safety, and also assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team.
Ideally you will have a background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering and have an interest in engineering generally, however, it is not essential, as a can do attitude goes along way. There is job specific training given as and when required.
Responsibilities:
* Provide office based administration support for the operations & maintenance team.
* Process job sheets from field based engineers in line with the service level agreements in place.
* Maintain the CRM system and business specific IT applications.
* Maintain the remote access connectivity to the wind turbine fleet.
* Assist with fleet management reporting.
* Project work as required and dictated by the business.
