Position: Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be a key contributor to Instant Solution Ltd’s continued growth and market expansion. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and driving revenue across international wholesale and retail channels. The role requires a commercially astute professional who combines strategic vision with operational execution to support the company’s long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Growth: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across B2B, wholesale, and retail markets, while maximising the value of existing partnerships.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Sales Development & Expansion: Develop and implement structured strategies to achieve sales growth targets and re-engage dormant or underperforming accounts.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements to secure commercially viable partnerships aligned with company goals.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor global market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for diversification and expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure efficient supply chain management and reliable service delivery.
Reporting & Insights: Produce accurate performance reports and sales forecasts to inform senior leadership decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account/wholesale management.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and deliver sustained sales growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
Commercially driven with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
