Key Responsibilities: · Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals. · Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware. · Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates. · Manage Active Directory tasks. · Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
