About the Role
This Mortgage Advisor position is based in the Liverpool Street office, working four days per week on-site (Mondays and Tuesdays required). You will complete a structured programme starting with six weeks of onboarding, followed by a three to four‑month development phase advising under supervision.
Progression is mapped through defined performance tiers, each unlocking higher basic salaries, improved validation and increased commission potential. The role suits candidates early in their career seeking rapid development, strong earnings and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle residential mortgage enquiries and convert leads into completed cases
* Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and lender options
* Manage the full mortgage journey from fact-find to completion
* Work closely with the admin and back-office teams to ensure smooth case flow
* Meet and exceed monthly activity and completion targets
* Build long-term client relationships to grow a personal client bank
* Maintain FCA compliance and accurate client documentation
* Take part in ongoing training, coaching and performance reviews
Mortgage Broker Package
* Basic Salary £30k - £40k DOE
* Commission 15% > 25% after validation
* Hybrid Working
* Potential to move to a partnership-style model (40/60 revenue split)
* Option to transition to a self‑employed model once a client bank is established

* Experience as a Mortgage Advisor within an estate agency environment
* Strong sales mindset and confidence in client conversations
