I'm keen to connect with experienced Heads of Quality with a strong background in learning disability and complex care services.
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity within a growing provider, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will shape quality strategy, strengthen governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement across a national portfolio.
What we're looking for:
Senior experience in quality, compliance or governance within adult social care
Deep working knowledge of CQC standards
Strong grasp of safeguarding
Proven experience leading audits, inspections, investigations and turnaround plans
Experience supporting services for people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern
Ability to interpret complex data, identify risk trends and translate insight into operational improvement
Desirable experience includes multi-site leadership, transformation programmes, service redesign and oversight of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
The role offers hybrid flexibility (Midlands base) with national travel as required.
