Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Duties
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and organised.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Handle administrative duties such as filing, and clerical tasks.
* Maintain schedules and manage appointments using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required or Sage.
* Support other team members with various office-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in data entry.
