The Role
Were seeking an
outgoing and results-driven Business Development Manager
with a strong background in B2B sales. Youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and securing subscription-based clients.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on getting out there
whether its making calls, attending networking events, or walking into businesses to pitch what we do. While we are open to hybrid working, you will need to attend our Dartford head office for tasks such as writing up quotes, meetings, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and win new B2B clients across a range of industries.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through calls, networking events, and direct visits.
Build relationships with decision-makers and tailor solutions to their business needs.
Attend the Dartford head office as required to write up quotes, attend meetings, and work with the wider team.
Work with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Hit and exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and consultative sales approach.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in
B2B business development or sales .
A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable picking up the phone, attending networking events, and meeting businesses face-to-face.
Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Based within a reasonable commute of Dartford for office visits.
