Role Responsibilities
* Managing the print requirements of individual customer accounts
* Supporting our external sales force with print enquiries
* Effective communication with customers and senior customer representatives
* Obtaining and supplying quotes for new print jobs, processing information and organising job status
* Preparing purchase orders to suppliers and following through to completion
* Stock management
* Implementation of new business
* Margin management
* Managing and prioritising own workload within existing schedules and deadlines
Requirements
* Extensive print knowledge
* Confident communicator
* Strong MS Office skills
* Excellent customer service skills
