Support Worker | 37.5 Hours per Week
£12.71 per hour
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to join our team, supporting people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
About the Role
You will work with the People We Support (PWS) to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing in everyday life.
This role involves supporting 5 individuals across the service and includes assisting with daily living tasks, activities in the community, and emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs.
Essential Requirements:
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Confidence driving mobility/adapted vehicles
* Flexible approach to working hours
* Caring and positive attitude
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
Shift Pattern:
This role involves a rota covering 7 days per week, including:
* Day shifts
* Late shifts
* Waking nights
There are no sleep-in requirements for this position.
