Vision for Education are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistants within the Swansea Valley to support children aged between 7-11 in school based settings. The role is varied and will involve supporting children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting immediately on a part and full time basis. As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to support pupils with classroom based activities and outdoor play. Whilst these placements are intended for Key Stage 2 classes, there may be occasions where you will be required to support within the Foundation Phase. Requirements: The desired Teaching Assistant will have: Recent and relevant experience supporting primary aged children with a particular focus on Key Stage 2 A patient and caring nature The ability to engage students The ability to work closely with the class teacher and other staff members within the class.
