Job Overview
Interim HR Advisor – Ramsgate (On‑site, Contract until end of October 2026, up to £48K pro rata, Immediate start).
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of a large‑scale TUPE programme from consultation through to completion.
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees throughout the consultation process.
* Support collective and individual consultation meetings.
* Ensure all TUPE processes comply with current employment legislation and internal policies.
* Manage employee queries and provide timely, accurate responses.
* Assist with restructuring and organisational change activity where required.
* Work closely with stakeholders across HR, operations and project teams.
* Coordinate consultation schedules, documentation and trackers.
* Assist with risk management, escalation points and project reporting.
* Support union engagement and employee communications where appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience supporting large‑scale TUPE activity and/or major reorganisations or restructures within organisations of at least 500 headcount.
* Risk‑aware, able to handle high‑volume employee relations activity alongside large‑scale organisational change programmes.
* Have resided in the UK continuously for the last 3 years and not left the UK for more than 30 days at any one time during that period.
* Hold either a UK passport or Indefinite Leave to Remain with a valid share code (security vetting required).
* Must have access to a vehicle as public transport is not accessible at the site.
