Meet the team The Non-Residential Contracts Team within the Strategic and Integrated Commissioning Service have the unique responsibility of managing contracts with commissioned service providers in community-based Adult Social Care services that support the citizens of Lancashire. What would your day-to-day look like? As a Contract Monitoring Officer, your work assists the Contract Assurances Officer with the management of a portfolio of contracts including Domiciliary Care, Short-Term Care at Home, Short-Term Help and Support Services, Extra Care, Day Care, Carers and Advocacy. You receive and proactively analyse intelligence regarding care providers commissioned by Lancashire County Council and conduct on-site and on-line contract monitoring exercises and contract reviews; building valuable working relationships in the process. Your work enables the team to make informed decisions on contract performance and the quality of care and service that is being delivered, addressing poor performance where necessary and escalating provider performance and contractual issues to the Contract Assurance Officer.
