Job Description
You will partner with cross-functional teams to assess daily processes alongside Process Engineers, focusing on enhancing efficiency through automation and digital technology. This includes developing VBA and macro-based tools to streamline repetitive administrative tasks and optimizing KPI tracking with dashboards. You will also work with IT teams to customize and deploy central P&G tools across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Automation Tools: Collaborate with the Process Engineering team to identify, develop, and implement automation tools to improve productivity, particularly during the hyper-care phase of new tool rollouts.
* Transition Support: Assist in the transition from local to centralized tools and technologies to enhance flexibility and accessibility across operations.
* Standard Operating Procedures: Create and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with onsite departments to ensure proper setup and integration of new systems.
* Server and Account Management: Manage server creation and risk management processes.
* Upskilling and Handover: Support upskilling of site personnel in creating Power BI dashboards and manage handover to application owners for newly developed tools.
Job Qualifications
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Python, and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word).
* Data Analytics Tools: Familiarity with Knime, Power BI, Databricks, SQL Server; knowledge of Simplement is an asset.
* Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer networking, specifically in Warehousing and Transportation Systems.
* Multi-Tasking & Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and leadership.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with team members and external stakeholders.
* Leadership: Strong personal accountability and leadership to drive completion of long-term plans.
