We have an exciting opportunity to join our central planning operation in our Rugby Hub as a Network Planner. As part of the Central Planning team, you will have end-to-end visibility of the operational network, including access to multiple real-time data sources from all aspects of the business.
The purpose of the Network Planner role is to analyze and interpret real-time data, forecast the overall end-to-end network, and identify areas at risk to act immediately to prevent or mitigate service erosion.
As a Network Planner, you will track and identify ongoing improvement opportunities. You will suggest and build new reports to enhance network planning and highlight failures, working with stakeholders to ensure these insights are used and understood.
Due to the nature of the role, working patterns include both day and night shift rotations to support and provide the required network coverage for Evri. The role is based on-site at our Rugby Hub.

About the role:
* Assist the Network Planning Manager and International Planning Team in implementing planning requirements; forecast, monitor, and improve the full end-to-end parcel process (Hub to delivery).
* Produce daily reports on volume, service levels, processes, and resource requirements.
* Compile and publish weekly/monthly reports on network status and performance for operational cascade from Director level and below.
* Manage the network according to the plan across the entire supply chain, including client collection and beyond.
* Analyze Hub/Depot processing data, considering planning constraints such as Parcel Machine throughputs and performance.
* Host daily network conference calls with Managers and Senior Managers across Depot, Field, and Customer Services to discuss performance and escalate issues to prevent failures.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, building trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience with Power BI, SAP, and SQL/VBA is advantageous.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Data interpretation, analytical skills, and a keen commercial understanding.
