Are you passionate about inspiring future scientists, engineers, and innovators? We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join a specialist STEM-focused setting in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to teach enthusiastic learners in an environment built around scientific exploration, industry engagement, and high-quality academic teaching.
This role includes planning, marking, and delivering engaging Science lessons—particularly GCSE Science. Interviews will take place before Christmas for a January start.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Science Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Teach GCSE Science with confidence and strong subject knowledge
• Plan and mark work in line with curriculum requirements
• Support students in developing scientific thinking, curiosity, and independence
• Contribute to an environment focused on academic excellence and practical learning
The timetable is part-time (Mon–Wed preferred) from January to Easter, moving to full-time from Easter to Half Term.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
• A qualified Science Teacher (QTS/QTLS preferred)
• Confident teaching GCSE Science
• Enthusiastic about STEM and real-world scientific learning
• Reliable, organised, and able to deliver high-quality teaching
• Available for part-time work initially, increasing to full-time after Easter
