We are currently seeking a Procurement Officer to join our dedicated team at the Camberley office. If you have previous experience in procurement and enjoy analysing information and building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role
As a Procurement Officer, you will analyse spending data to identify cost savings and efficiencies across the Rentokil Initial businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Ensuring key suppliers are managed under contracts
8. Supporting with supplier management on key suppliers
9. Running tenders and informal market pricing benchmarking
10. Managing internal processes related to data gathering
11. Building and maintaining strong relations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
12. Provide support when required on the management of the waste category
13. Ensuring supplier management information is sent within contracted timeframes
14. Managing internal trackers
15. Sourcing a range of diverse and sustainable products and services
16. Conducting ongoing supplier spending analysis
17. Working with legal colleagues to negotiate draft contracts on service-level agreements
18. Tracking and reporting on critical supplier contract performances

20. One year minimum experience in a previous procurement role
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
22. Strong analytical skills
23. Excellent problem-solving skills
24. Strong IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
25. Confident in handling difficult conversations
26. Strong people skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with people at all levels
27. Excellent team player
28. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
