About the Digital Engineering Team
The Digital Engineering team, part of our Integrate pillar, is responsible for building world-class, enterprise-grade digital applications for high-profile brands. The Role
Storyteq, part of Inspired Thinking Group, seeks a talented Solutions Architect to develop web-based products and tools, focusing on websites driven by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
The Solutions Architect will serve as an internal AEM consultant, advising teams and clients on developing customer-facing digital platforms and experiences, supporting projects, and leveraging AEM’s capabilities. This includes providing technical guidance and consultancy on architectural approaches for various implementations, from simple brochure sites to complex projects.
The role requires supporting software development and understanding the full Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, estimation, and design. Many projects involve integrating multiple systems and APIs, requiring experience with microservices, eCommerce services, digital asset management, or product database integrations.
We operate using Agile (SCRUM) processes, so experience in such environments is essential.
Requirements
* Support business analysts by attending meetings and assisting with solution design during discovery and projects.
* Analyze and propose technical solutions based on business requirements.
* Gather and advise on technical and non-functional requirements.
* Prepare high-level designs and technical documentation.
* Assist project managers and Scrum Masters with estimates and ensure they are realistic.
* Collaborate on roadmap planning with project management and analysts.
* Work closely with development teams during design and implementation, supporting complex solutions.
* Act as an interface with infrastructure teams to analyze, optimize, and triage issues.
* Conduct technical governance and code reviews.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in building web applications with AEM or similar CMS, and knowledge of Java, Spring, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is desirable.
