A fast-growing, global entertainment business with a portfolio of premium, culturally relevant content brands reaching hundreds of millions of viewers every month is hiring a Head of Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships to own and scale commercial revenue across the UK, EMEA and APAC.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who truly understands YouTube monetisation and social-first ad sales, and knows how to turn massive audience scale into long-term, high-impact brand partnerships.
The business is globally scaled, highly profitable, and growing while others contract. The brief now is simple and ambitious: build the next phase of brand and agency revenue across EMEA and APAC.

Role overview
* Own regional ad sales and brand partnerships strategy with a clear YouTube and social-first focus
* Drive revenue across YouTube media sales, branded content, sponsorships and integrated partnerships
* Build and lead a best-in-class commercial team
* Develop senior relationships with brands and agencies investing heavily in YouTube and social video
* Partner closely with content and production teams to deliver commercially effective, brand-safe integrations
* Own pipeline management, forecasting, pricing and yield optimisation
Required experience
* Proven leadership in YouTube-centric ad sales and brand partnerships within media, content or entertainment
* Deep expertise in YouTube monetisation, ad products and branded content formats
* Strong agency and direct-to-brand relationships
* Track record of closing complex, consultative, multi-platform deals
* Commercially sharp, culturally fluent, and comfortable in high-growth environments
