Main purpose of the role:
The Residential Support Worker plays a vital role in providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to adults living within our residential service.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support individuals with a range of needs to maintain their independence, develop daily living skills, and live fulfilling lives. * Follow care plans, risk assessments, and support strategies consistently
* Use positive approaches to support individuals who may experience distress or behavioural challenges

Recording & Accountability
* Maintain accurate, timely, and professional records.
* Contribute to care planning and review processes.
* Participate in handovers, team meetings, and supervision

* Take direction from senior staff while using initiative appropriately.

Development
* Undertake mandatory training and actively engage in ongoing professional development
* Work towards the Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care within required timescales if not already achieved
