SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in central Birmingham that are looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator on a contract basis until March 2026.
Working hours: full time hybrid
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Responsibilities will include:
- Organisation of relevant internal and external meetings, including management of meeting attendance and ensuring relevant documentation is circulated in a timely manner.
- Attend internal and external meetings, taking minutes and noting actions, followed by circulation of minutes and actions to meeting attendees
- Attendance and support at external events, as and when required by the Project Managers
- Providing support for sales missions attended by Project Managers, liaising with the Event team as necessary.
- Production of presentations, reports, itineraries, letters and correspondence to a high level of accuracy.
- Uploading and processing expenses and purchase orders for both the Project Managers and wider team.
- Covering any additional duties for the Project Managers and wider team which are deemed necessary to the role.
- Handling confidential information in a sensitive and discreet manner.
- Support Project Manager with updating the Risk Register and Risk reports
- Track progress against project plans and flag risks or issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and project governance.
- Maintaining and organising project documentation (action logs, plans, reports, meeting minutes).
- Supporting Project Managers in preparing monthly/quarterly reporting packs
- Support the procurement process ensuring documents are produced in the required time frame
- Work with Business Support Executives across the business when scheduling internal meetings
- Co-ordinating lesson learnt meetings, drafting and distributing minutes and tracking actions
