Kenneth Brian Associates for a Fire Alarm Service Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of their operations across the business.
This role involves coordinating engineers, maintaining high standards of compliance with BS 5839, and ensuring all service work is completed efficiently and to a professional standard.
Main Duties Oversee the daily delivery of fire alarm maintenance, testing, and remedial work.
Track service performance and ensure contractual commitments are met.
Offer technical support to both engineers and customers.
Carry out quality checks and review completed jobs for compliance.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and service-related concerns.
Support the development of the engineering team through training and guidance.
What Were Looking For Background in fire alarm servicing or service management.
Experience coordinating engineers or managing service operations.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills & Experience FIA training or similar fire alarm qualifications.
Familiarity with CAFM/service management software. Previous experience leading a team within fire and security.
