Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor candidate will have at least five years relevant experience from the utilities, infrastructure, civil engineering, building services or M&E sectors. You must also hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel when needed. This role is a hybrid role, with office working, home working and site visits when required.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the main purpose of this role will be to ensure commercial and contractual control and co-ordination of the efforts of all parties involved in the execution of multiple complex projects running simultaneously at differing stages of the contract lifecycle. You will also provide support to other members of the commercial and quantity surveying teams, and Directors and Managers on all aspects relating to commercial activity.
The Role
Analysis of ongoing and completed works (providing feedback on projects, and analysis of costs, budgets, cashflow, WIP and value etc.)
Assisting in the commercial delivery and management of contracts
Assisting with contract correspondence packages
