Job Title: Business Support Administrator (UK)
The UK Business Administration team is the backbone of WSP's UK operations. This role provides professional administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional administrative and business support across multiple departments.
* Collaborate with teams to support a variety of requests and maintain service level agreements.
* Prepare presentations, documents, reports and winning material to high standards and in line with WSP brand guidelines.
* Handle purchases, system support and HR tasks such as onboarding and inductions.
* Coordinate events, meetings, socials, travel bookings and logistics.
* Support project tasks and requests, including large printing, binding, photocopying and raising support tickets.
* Cover the Concierge team as needed, answer calls and welcome visitors.
* Act as the first point of contact for queries and provide support regarding current systems, policies and procedures.
* Proactively manage client and employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and contribute to new initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently and efficiently.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other Creative Cloud apps is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Strong prioritisation and initiative.
* Ability to collaborate with UK colleagues across functions.
* A minimum of 10 GCSEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent is desirable.

* Use own initiative and demonstrate effective collaboration.
