Pertemps Lincoln are looking to hire multiple people for our customer in Gainsborough. Our customer is a global manufacturer who is expanding their site and would like to add to their successful manufacturing team. As a Semi-Skilled Operator, you'll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet high-quality standards.
This role offers hands-on experience in various production areas, including:
* Incoming Goods
* Laser Operations
* Machine Operations
* Stores
* Assembly and Packing
* Despatch
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high housekeeping standards in all work areas.
* Generate and maintain relevant documentation.
* Collaborate with all functional teams to minimize waiting times during production.
* Work according to customer specifications.
* Follow Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
* Identify and report risks, near misses, or unsafe conditions.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Basic computer literacy.
* Experience with metal-forming equipment such as presses, rollers, and formers.
* Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Flexibility to work in various production areas.
Pay Rate: £12.21 to £14.08 per hour, depending on experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2:30PM.
