Our client, a well known fintech business operating at scale across international markets, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6 month initial contract term working on a remote or hybrid working basis. You will provide expert guidance and operational HR support across a complex, multi-country EMEA environment. Covering a number of countries, this role is critical to ensuring compliance, effective case management, and the smooth delivery of HR processes. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of work across multiple regions. You will work closely with employees, managers, and HR colleagues globally, supporting both day-to-day HR operations and key regional and global projects. Responsibilities include: HR advisory and case management - first line HR advice to employees and managers on policies, process and employment practices Addressing employee concerns directly or escalating appropriately to subject matter experts Documentation and compliance - including the preparation and issuing of HR documentation Co-ordinating approvals to enable timely payroll and benefits processing.
