Salary: NJC 11-14 £22,608 - £24,097 (Actual) £26,403 - £28,142 (FTE) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Hours: 37 hours term time plus 5 days (39 weeks) Contract type: Permanent We are seeking a passionate and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and inclusive school community at Lift Firth Park. Support teachers with planning, assessment, and feedback to improve student progress Level 3 HLTA qualification (or equivalent) GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting Ability to support teaching and learning across a range of subjects Lift Firth Park is a vibrant, mixed secondary school for students aged 11-16, proudly rated Good by Ofsted in April 2024. Located in Shiregreen, Sheffield, we serve around 1,200 pupils and reflect a richly diverse community, with more than a third of students speaking English as an additional language.
