A leading East Midlands residential groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage site teams and coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality requirements.
Report site progress to senior management.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements
Experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager in residential groundworks.
SMSTS certification.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Package
Up to £75,000 p.a. + benefits.
