The Role Were looking for a confident communicator whether a graduate, early-career salesperson, or ex-estate/recruitment consultant to join our expanding team as a Sales Design Consultant .
Youll manage inbound enquiries only, guiding clients from their initial design idea through to signed project agreements. This is a hands-on, people-driven role where every sale you make turns into a physical, high-value project you can be proud of.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads via phone, email, messages, and website platform
Qualify enquiries, build rapport, and understand each clients design goals
Arrange and attend on-site surveys and client meetings (measurements, photos, discussions)
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and payment milestone schedules
Track progress using CRM and Excel ensuring consistent follow-ups and updates
Liaise with directors and project managers to hand over confirmed projects smoothly
Represent Build Abode professionally at all times, maintaining our reputation for excellence
What Were Looking For Full UK driving licence + own car (essential)
Excellent written and spoken English confident, professional, and articulate
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ; CRM experience a plus
Motivated, personable, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment
Backgrounds that fit well: estate agency, lettings, recruitment, or customer-facing sales though ambitious graduates are equally encouraged to apply
