With a clear strategic vision and a commitment to inclusive education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school and its community.
Our Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the following:
•Proven leadership experience as a Vice Principal or Deputy Headteacher, with a history of raising standards and leading successful school improvement.
•Strong academic and professional credentials, including Qualified Teacher Status, a relevant degree, and NPQSL or equivalent.
•Expertise in curriculum, assessment and behaviour, with the ability to analyse data, implement effective strategies, and foster a culture of high expectations.
•Outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to build trust, motivate staff, and lead with integrity and resilience.
