Job Title: Senior Project Management Professional
Location: Broad Oak/Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to £48,000 Depending on skills and experience
Responsibilities
* Delivery of work packages to time, cost, quality, including monthly schedule and cost forecasting
* Maintain accurate management of resource forecasting based on planned work
* Assistant Control Account Manager in support of the overall delivery of the control account
* Support the Identification, assessment, and management of project risks
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project best practice
* Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for internal project and customer reviews
Your skills and experiences
Essential:
* Broad knowledge and working experience of project management techniques including resource planning and management, cost capture, analysis and forecasting, schedule planning and tracking, Earned Value Management (EVM), risk and opportunity management and change management
* Comprehensive understanding of one or more Project Management toolsets
Desirable:
* PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification or another appropriate PM professional body
* Comprehensive understanding of Life Cycle Management

The BAE Systems Naval Ship Combat Systems Team
As a project management professional for Naval Ships Combat Systems, you will be working closely with experienced Project Managers, to plan, coordinate and deliver one of our highly complex and strategically important projects, working across a portfolio which could include International Projects and/or MOD Customer Projects
You will gain hands on experience in project management process, stakeholder engagement and technical coordination, while contributing to projects that push the boundaries of engineering.
