£19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
39 hours per week guaranteed + on-call opportunities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor covering the Liverpool and Wirral areas.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent, offering stable full-time hours and consistent work.
The Role:
* Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Working in both void and occupied (tenanted) social housing properties
* Delivering a professional and respectful service to tenants
* Using a PDA system to manage and complete jobs
* Participating in a potential on-call rota
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential)
* Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points accepted)
* Must be clean shaven for face fit requirements
* Comfortable working in occupied properties
* Previous social housing or maintenance experience preferred
