* Provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the CEO, the Finance Leadership Team and the Arbeta Offices.
* Collaborate closely with ExCo EAs to ensure comprehensive support for all senior executives.
* Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements.
* Assist/facilitate large meetings for the Office of the CEO
* Prepare and process expense reports promptly and accurately.
* Act as a key liaison, communicating professionally on behalf of directors internally and externally.
* Be the first point of contact for all key visitors to the Arbeta Offices.
* Organise and facilitate meetings both internally and externally when required by your key stakeholders.
* Provide dedicated administration support to the Group Health and Safety Lead in relation to all H&S Communications, Safety Standards, Policy updates and Stop alerts, as well as the translations of said documents.
* Be the first point of contact for any facility related issues at the Arbeta Offices liaising with Middleton HSE and Middleton HR where appropriate.
* Oversee day-to-day facilities management, ensuring a smooth and organised office environment.
* Ensuring that the required First Aid and Fire Marshalls are in place (and fully trained) at the Arbeta Offices.
* Manage the Arbeta Car Parking raffle twice a year.
* Ensure that the Arbeta Offices are fully stocked with supplies for our Colleagues.
* Raise and manage any Purchase Orders for all Directors in relation to all matters.
* Process Directors Expenses, reconcile credit card statements and manage reimbursements.
* Manage and maintain the Arbeta SharePoint folder.
