We are looking for an HR Advisor who embraces continuous learning and growth. The HR Advisor provides high‑quality, professional HR support to managers and employees across the business, acting as a first point of contact for day‑to‑day people matters. The role delivers guidance on policy, employee relations, performance and general HR operations, ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant people practices that contribute to a positive employee experience and a strong organisational culture.
Reporting to the People Business Partner, this role is ideal for someone with previous HR Advisor experience or an HR Admin ready to take the next step. You will have a solution‑focused mindset, be detail‑orientated and enjoy working in a fast‑paced but supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to People Business Partners on a variety of topics including employee relations cases and cyclical People team activity.
* Monitor, analyse and manage absence, identify trends and propose solutions as appropriate.
* Support on/off‑boarding processes, including first‑day induction, employee check‑in meetings, probation tracking, exit interviews and ensuring insights are used for continuous improvement.
* Work with People team colleagues in the Operation and L&D verticals to support continuous process improvement and project delivery.
* Participate in various People team change initiatives, programs and policies as we continue to innovate systems and processes.
Qualifications
* Previous generalist HR Advisor experience, ideally in tech or a fast‑paced industry.
* Proven experience advising and coaching managers and colleagues on best practice, policy and process.
* Experience managing ER cases end‑to‑end; employment law knowledge is essential.
* Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience delivering and managing change is desirable.
* Experience with HRIS and LMS systems beneficial.
* CIPD qualification or working toward it is desirable but not essential.
