Access Healthcare is now recruiting Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. 🔹 Your Role:
* Provide personal care, hygiene, and daily living support
* Assist with mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing
* Observe and report changes in patient conditions
* Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all service users
* Follow infection control and safeguarding policies

* Previous care experience (hospital, nursing home, or community care)
* A caring, empathetic, and professional approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
* Willingness to complete Access NI and mandatory training
