Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Bicester in for a Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel which has a busy bar and restaurant along with afternoon teas and functions. The Head Chef is looking for an experienced CDP or Junior Sous who can assist in the running of this busy hotel kitchen. A competitive salary package is available for the right candidate. The role is 4 days from 7 based on a 45 hour week.

The Role
Running and managing the hotel kitchen in chefs absence
Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
Preparing meals using fresh produce to AA rosette level
Restaurant and Function Work
Kitchen Management duties
The Person
You will already be a CDP or Junior Sous Chef
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
