The ideal candidate will have 4 - 5 years' experience working in, or for a UK based consultancy delivering technical solutions.
Role Overview:
The Lead Consultant will serve as a senior advisor and delivery leader, responsible for driving technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives for multiple clients. This role combines technical expertise, consulting experience, analysis, and leadership skills to oversee solution design, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
The Lead Consultant will work across multiple domains such as infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and digital strategy to ensure clients achieve business outcomes through technology.

Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
* 4+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution delivery, or enterprise technology leadership.
* Proven track record in leading complex IT programmes and multi-stakeholder engagements.
* Strong knowledge of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), infrastructure, and/or cybersecurity.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
* Experience with consulting frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, Agile, DevOps practices).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
