With a busy kitchen and a vibrant service to deliver, you’ll play a key role in leading the brigade, supporting the Head Chef, and ensuring every dish is exceptional. Working alongside the armed forces and to cater for high-ranking officers and to help with dinner nights and a family orientated mess.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
* Prepare dishes to spec, following recipe sheets and allergen guidelines.
* Manage food production, reduce waste, and maintain stock control.
* Receive and store deliveries using FIFO procedures.
* Allocate tasks and mentor the kitchen team.
* Maintain hygiene standards and oversee deep cleans.
* Ensure all team members are trained and compliant.
What We’re Looking For:
* UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
* Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
* Relevant culinary qualification and at least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
* Calm under pressure, organised, and ready for a trade test.
