Court of Protection Paralegals, Manchester and Sale I am delighted to announce two brand new paralegal opportunities within our regarded Court of Protection team. You will join our team of dedicated colleagues in this specialist are of law, supporting vulnerable clients with diminished capacity. Your main duties will involve liaising with families and carers, providing support on a range of practical and financial tasks, making informed decisions on financial and welfare matters. You will also liaise with medical experts and outside agencies. It is essential that you have strong organisational and negotiation skills, are a confident communicator with very high standards of client care. For both roles, we are happy to consider applications from individuals who have worked in other communities who possess valuable life skills and practical insights who can transfer these valuable skills and experiences, into a legal setting, supporting individuals who require our care and attention. We would like to hear from people who have worked in direct patient care, just as an example - care home settings, nursing, emergency medical services, social care, mental health and those who have worked within charitable organisations.
