Positioned in one of the area’s most active property markets, this office benefits from strong buyer demand, consistent stock levels, and a loyal client base built over decades — creating the perfect environment for a commercially driven Senior Sales Negotiator to thrive.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the centre of the deal flow — co-ordinating viewings, negotiating offers, and driving sales through to completion with confidence, pace, and commercial instinct. Working within a fast-moving, well-structured team, you’ll be trusted to influence outcomes, build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, and maximise every opportunity that comes through the door.
This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator with a natural sales mindset — someone who enjoys the buzz of negotiation, takes pride in converting opportunity into results.
The Package:
* Basic salary up to £37,500 (DOE – yes this is correct!) + realistic OTE earnings of £45,000+ (basic plus commission)
* 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Company pension and private medical insurance
* Monday–Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00–12:00

The Role:
* Taking property sale instructions and negotiating offers
* Coordinating viewings and managing buyer enquiries
* Progressing agreed sales through to successful completion
* Maintaining regular communication with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
* Supporting the Branch Manager with overall sales performance
* Providing a professional, consistent client experience
The Person:
* Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or strong Sales Negotiator (essential)
* Confident communicator and effective negotiator
* Professional, reliable, and organised
* Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
* Motivated by delivering results and maintaining high standards
