At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, and incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. We are seeking a Head of Community to join Copper Pearl, a brand in our portfolio active in the baby space. The position is full-time in London.

What Youll Do:
1. Formulate creative social media and influencer campaigns, and mobilize the team to implement them
2. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a steady stream of new social media ad content
3. Using ad performance data, identify trends in winning ad concepts and ensure that we make variations/iterations
4. Create content (both visual + copy) for various marketing channels: email, SMS, and social media
5. Build and optimize email content, cadence, and segmentation strategy for all promotional, triggered, and transactional emails
6. Monitor website performance and propose improvements in design, content, and experience
7. Assist in company-wide strategy setting
8. Regularly report marketing performance
