Description
Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Design Engineering Graduate. Working closely with workshop management and senior workshop staff the graphic design engineer will support the development of PAML Part 21G Placard and decal workshops. The Graphic Design Engineering Graduate will be involved in managing the software design of established & new placards & decal capabilities in PAML workshops.
Duties Will Include, But Not Limited To
* Supporting the development of the part 21G placard and decal workshop capabilities
* Identifying & implementing continuous improvement opportunities
* Using and developing IT & graphic design systems to support the workshop
* Taking the lead in mission critical projects
* Maintaining a working knowledge of company procedures and processes to ensure you can support the workshop teams' goal to maintain industry leading standards and compliance to Part 21 aerospace regulations
Requirements
* Project management skills
* Graphic Design Engineering degree (or related degree)
* CorelDraw design experienced preferred but not essential
* Excellent time management and organization skills
* Good analytical & strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate directly with engineers and managers
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Ability to work with a high level of individual responsibility
