German account executive

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client who are based in Weybridge, Surrey as a German Account Executive. You will have responsibility for dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring orders are processed accurately.

* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5pm
* Location: Weybridge, Surrey - hybrid working

As the German Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

1. Process sales orders and quotations
2. Develop relationships with customers and assist with any enquires
3. Respond to all inbound calls & emails quickly and efficiently
4. Ability to de-escalate calls and emails in an effective manner and know when to escalate to senior team members for resolution support
5. Work in a flexible manner to assist and support other areas of the Customer Service department and customers as and when necessary
