Job Summary
This role advises on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes, including case management. Works directly with Survitec managers to provide policy and process support and advice across the full range of employee lifecycle process. It requires specialist knowledge of the legal framework for at least one country within the Survitec business landscape
Duties and responsibilities
·Works within established HR policies and processes to achieve specified goals
·Contributes to the drafting of transactional HR processes and tools within own area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies and external legal requirements
·Resolves queries from internal customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy
·Delivers complex analyses of HR data; identifies key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
·Provides advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual Employee Relations cases; supports managers at formal hearings
·Carries out complex HR data processing tasks; advises colleagues when needed and uses expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes
·Develops own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintains an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
·Builds effective working relationships within the internal client organisation, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues

Experience and qualification
Educated to University degree level or relevant experience
General HR experience required, may suit someone looking to take their next steps into an entry level Advisor position.
