We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Experience Manager to join our team based in the South West. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
You will lead the strategic design and optimisation of our digital customer experience across all touchpoints. This includes managing websites, CRM systems, and marketing automation to deliver seamless and engaging customer journeys.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and optimise water-brand websites and MyAccount portal
* Drive digital-first and self-service strategies
* Lead a team of digital marketers
* Manage budgets and forecast projections
* Enhance CRM and marketing automation capabilities
What we are looking for:
* 10+ years in digital marketing focused on customer experience
* Strong technical skills in SEO, analytics, CMS, and web technologies
* Strategic and analytical thinker with leadership experience
* Degree-level education or equivalent
