Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented self employed Bookkeeper to join our team in house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties
* Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Sage Accounting.
* Process accounts payable.
* Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
* Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
* Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as required.
Skills
* Proficiency in accounting software including Sage is essential.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
