What You’ll Be Doing

Managing M&E packages from award to final account
*
Preparing applications, valuations, variations, and cost reports
*
Running procurement and administering subcontracts
*
Tracking change, early warnings, and risk with the project team
*
Supporting tender reviews and handovers into delivery
*
Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers to keep information flowing
*
Maintaining contract records and audit-ready files under NEC or JCT
*
Contributing to CVRs, forecasts, and monthly reporting
Skills & Experience Required
*
Background in M&E or building services quantity surveying
*
Confident with NEC or JCT forms and typical subcontract flow-downs
*
Strong grasp of measurement, cost control, and change management
*
Clear communicator who can work closely with engineers and site teams
*
Well organised with good Excel skills and attention to detail
*
Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field
*
Full UK driving licence
