 
        Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support program delivery. Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to identify impacts and dependencies. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations. Drive communication, engagement, and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of change. Track and report progress, risks, and issues to ensure successful implementation. Support business units in embedding new ways of working and measuring benefits realisation. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and transformation across the organisation. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience (5 years) in Change Management, Transformation, or Business Process Improvement. Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in delivering change in complex or regulated environments (e.g. banking, healthcare, retail, or government). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel within tight timelines. Prosci certification or equivalent qualification (preferred).
