Title: Production Team Leader
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Salary: £15 - £16 per hour

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics? We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic distribution team in Coalville. This is a chance to be a key part of our operations, where you'll be leading from the front and driving performance.
The Role
As a Production Team Leader, you won't just be managing-you'll be an active part of the team. You'll lead by example, taking part in all daily warehouse tasks while also guiding your team to meet and exceed targets. Your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and accurately.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of warehouse operatives.
Getting involved in all warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
Distributing tasks and managing workflows to hit daily operational goals.
Ensuring everyone, including yourself, follows health and safety standards.
Solving problems and resolving operational issues as they arise.
Training new team members and supporting their growth.
Collaborating with management to improve processes and efficiency.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution setting.
A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
Excellent leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in all general warehouse duties.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
